Hiroshima commemoration – Southampton

Join Southampton CND to commemorate the nuclear bombing of Hiroshima.

Gather in Riverside Park, near Bitterne Park Triangle. At 7:30pm the Sheriff of Southampton will say a few words, along with other speakers, and paper boats will be placed on the grass in the shape of the CND symbol. There will be singing of some traditional peace songs, which we hope people will join us in singing.
