The Tories are back in Manchester for their annual conference and will be ‘unwelcomed’ by a major demonstration.
Greater Manchester and District CND is coordinating the Nurses not Nukes/CND bloc at the demo. Join us to highlight the Tories’ plans to increase the UK’s nuclear warhead stockpile and spend at least £205 billion on Trident replacement, money which could be better spent by our stretched and exhausted NHS.
Assemble for the demonstration and march on Oxford Road (outside MRI, opposite Whitworth Park) at 11:45am.
