In the wake of the nuclear ban entering into force, Yorkshire CND is hosting a roundtable webinar to discuss where the peace movement goes next.
Joined by campaigners from across the region, the event is an attempt to bring people together after such a momentous occasion, share our experiences of what we did on the day, and discuss where we think the movement should go next now that we have the strength of international law on our side. The meeting will feature people from Bradford, Keighley, Huddersfield, Grassington, Leeds and more, as well as CND Vice-Chair Tom Unterrainer on the global dimensions, and a veteran campaigner to conclude, outlining what a significant achievement the TPNW is in the context of 60+ years of peace activism.
