Dr Rebecca Johnson, Director of Acronym Institute for Disarmament Diplomacy (2017 Nobel Peace Laureate) who protested at Greenham in the 80s will give a talk about the effect Greenham Common has had on the rest of her life. The story of Rebecca’s occupation of the Control Tower is told in Greenham Control Tower’s Cold War Exhibition.
Doors open at 7.00pm and the cafe is open serving hot, and cold drinks and cake.
The car park can be dark. We will provide lighting but please bring a torch.
The photography exhibition ‘Common People’ by Wendy Carrig, which features images of life on the peace camp, can be viewed from 7 to 9pm
